Nutrition for a Healthy Pregnancy

I strongly believe good nutrition is key to keeping women and their babies healthy in pregnancy. We know that modifications to normal diet can play a part in preventing some less serious problems, such as anaemia, and there is also research to suggest it may have a role for those most at risk of more complex conditions such as gestational diabetes and pre-eclampsia.

So I have being working with Food Consultant and Nutritional Advisor
Amanda Forster-Searle of Nourish Kitchen Limited – www.facebook.com/Nourishkitchen – who can create bespoke mini packages of nutritional advice which include delicious recipes tailored to meet many specific needs.

Including:

Anaemia
Low energy
Snacks for labour
Boosting immune system
Gestational Diabetes
High blood pressure/pre-eclampsia
